So, my daughter asked to have a SPA birthday party this year. PSA, if you plan on doing this, I recommend buying ALL your party favors like a month in advance. I ordered everything the week of, and it was a nail-biter waiting for all of it to arrive (pun SO intended).
I never did this before, but I ended up letting her come with me to get the party supplies. I really just wanted her to get a taste of what it was like to party plan. I’m so glad I did, too! It was definitely a great way to promote independence, creativity, and confidence! She truly made it her own and absolutely loved it! 🥰 Plus, less work for me, lol.
We started by getting all the snacks from Dollar Tree, of course! We also checked to see if there were any spa related party favors/decor (which is where we got the iridescent ceiling pom poms, HER IDEA). I would have never thought of getting those if she hadn’t, and they ended up being my favorite! They gave off like a suds and bubbles vibe, which matched perfectly 🫧✨️
After everyone arrived and got situated, I had them pick their nail colors and did a basic dry manicure. Don’t feel like you have to do so much. It’s all about having fun and doing what’s comfortable. I liked using the opportunity to spark conversations and have everyone get to know each other since she invited friends from her old and new school.

I think this was my favorite party I’ve ever had for the kiddos! I just had so much fun helping plan + participating. I actually started wondering if we threw the party for her or for me… Lbs! if you have any chic party tips or good ideas, leave them in the comments below! Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! 🫶
