In my travel fit post, I shared that we’re heading to LA, but did I mention that we’re driving?! Yep, you heard it right…and if you don’t know, we’re driving all the way from Missouri! Also, we decided to take the long way and drove through Wyoming and Montana (to see Yellowstone Park) – blog post in the near future!
This was all Jake’s idea, BTW! If I had it my way, I would’ve had us all fly. I don’t particularly like driving long distances (especially with a car full of kiddos, lol).
So far, I have been pleasantly surprised though! The kiddos have been on their best behavior (for the most part) 🤪 and no matter how many times I go roadtripping, the sightseeing just gets me every time!
Put aside driving through the plains of Kansas, and I couldn’t have asked for a more scenic route. Although we were only in Colorado for a short time and only did a couple of things, we left very satisfied.
Jake’s favorite thing was seeing the motorcross track in Denver. Bay liked getting to try a new restaurant, and Travis got a new addition to his Prime bottle collection (Prime X pink). Personally, I really enjoyed perusing downtown Denver, and I’ve always loved Colorado’s architecture.
