My family and I recently visited the Grand Canyon for the first time, and let me tell you—it was absolutely breathtaking! We explored the South Rim (the most recommended spot) and snapped some memorable photos at Mather Point.
Quick side note: In the first photo, it might look like I’m sitting dangerously close to the edge of a cliff, but I promise there was another layer of rock right at my feet that was completely walkable! It wasn’t intentional, but I guess Jake has a secret talent for dramatic photography, lol.
I know I’ve been sharing a lot of travel posts lately, but honestly, I never thought I’d get to see some of these incredible sights in my lifetime. I’m beyond grateful and give all the glory to God for these blessings. Life isn’t perfect, and we all go through our share of trials. But the best we can do is make the most of what we’ve been given. “Be faithful in the little things…”
Fun fact: Visiting the Grand Canyon has been on my dad’s bucket list for years. I’m dreaming of the day we can plan a weekend trip to take him there, too—it would be so special to experience it together.
Thank you so much for following along on my adventures! I’d love to hear about your favorite travel destinations—where have you been, and what made it unforgettable? Let’s swap stories!
As always, stay chic and keep exploring! 🫶
